Weekend Passes/Badges (Adults & Children) - $45.00/Per Person - At The Door

- Weekend Passes/Badges are for all three (3) days of the convention(Fri, Sat, Sun)
- Children 8-12 years old must have a badge of their own
- Children 7 years old or younger are free, but must be accompanied by a parent/guardian of adult with a badge.
No Child Care is Provided - Please be aware of the location of your children at all times. Children should not be roaming the hotel by themselves for their own safety. Roanoke City does have a curfew stating that anyone 17 and younger have to be in by 11pm. Please be aware of your children. Thank you.
Group Dicounts - $25.00/person
- Group Passes/Badges are for all three (3) days of the convention.
- Groups of ten (10) or more persons are eligible for the Group Rate Discount.
- Please include the name of your Group and the main contact person for your Group when purchasing tickets.
- Please be sure to include the names (first & last) of all persons attending in your Group
Fan Group Discount - $25.00/person
- Fan Group Badges are for all three (3) days of the convention.
- You must be an active member within your Fan Group to be eligible for the discounted rate.
- Spouses and/or 'Handlers' of Fan Group members are entitled to the Fan Group Rate - Although you must list the group you are attending with, and the name of your Spouse or member you are the handler of.
- A password is required in order to be able to purchase Fan Group Badges. If you do not know the password, please contact either your Fan Group's point of contact for the convention, or send an email to the Fan Tracks Division Head.
Single Day Passes - Friday - $25.00, Saturday $30.00, Sunday - $20.00 (prices are per person)
- Single Day Passes will be available for the individual days of the convention for purchase at the door.
- One (1) Pass/Badge per person.

All badges will be held at the Registration area. Please have your ID ready at the time of pick-up.

Refunds - No refunds will be given after January 1st, 2012 for pre-registration. No refunds will be given for any badges or day passes purchased at the convention.
Transfers - Badges/passes are non-transferable. If any person is caught sharing badges, they will be ejected from the convention. No Exceptions.
Lost Badges - No badges will be re-issued if lost. You will need to purchase a new badge.
- Badges/Passes must be worn at all times in the convention areas. Each convention attendee is issued one (1) badge. Badges may not be switched from person to person. If you lose your badge, a replacement may be purchased from Registration for regular price. You will be asked to leave any and all convention functions if your badge is not visible.
- All program rooms have a limited capacity as set by the Fire Marshal. Even though your badge is needed to get into all convention events, it does not guarantee you access to any event if the room/space has reached it's maximum capacity.
- We do not clear rooms between events except for the Costume Contest.
- Most autograph sessions are of a limited nature and may be an additional cost. Your badge does not guarantee autographs at any event during the convention.
- Smoking, food, and beverages are not allowed in the hotel function rooms. Food and drink must stay in the designated areas or in your hotel room.
- Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the hotel except in the designated areas, per the state ABC laws. The legal drinking age in Virginia is twenty-one (21). Any person under that age found drinking alcohol at the convention will be required to give up their badge/pass and will not be allowed back into the convention areas.
- Please limite rude, obnoxious, or offensive behavior and language to areas of the convention where polite fans and hotel guests will not be offended.
- SheVaCon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items/property or for injuries sustained while at the convention.
- Programmed events and guests are subject to change or cancellations without notice.
- Those who attend the convention in costume, please be aware that there are public nudity laws in Virginia. Please wear appropriate clothing in public areas.
- No "camping" is allowed in the halls or lobby of the host hotel. Please rent a room from the hotel or you will be asked to leave the hotel.
- SheVaCon does not support the sale of illegally reproduced items. Sellers are responsible for verifying the legality of their merchandise according to local, state, and federal laws.
- Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or adult. No child care is provided at the convention, so please be aware of your children at all times. Roanoke City does have a curfew that begins at 11:00PM for persons under the age of 18.
- SheVaCon reserves the right to ask any attendee to leave the convention areas if the rules are not strictly followed. No refunds will be issued either.
- Please adhere to these rules, and a good time may be had by all!
- The Firing of Projectile Weapons is strictly forbidden.
- Use of weapons to threaten, annoy, or intimidate is strictly forbidden.
- Bladed weapons must be cased or sheathed at all times. There are no exceptions to this rule in the convention areas.
- The only time an unbound weapon is allowed is for certain times during the Costume Contest, for contestants only. (subject to approval)
- Unsheathed weapons in the convention areas will be confiscated and held until the end of the convention, or until you surrender your badge/pass.
- We do not wish to restrict replica weapons that are a part of your costumes (swords, blasters, lightsabers, etc.) However, if you wish to attend with a real-world replica weapon such as an M-16, Uzi, or something similar... then our Staff might have an issue with that, and may need to inspect the replica to ensure the saftey of the other convention attendees.
- Basically... just use common sense, and everything should be just fine. ;)
