Some of these pictures are from the 1998 Harrisonburg summer parade. Back when the board of directors still had time to do local appearance for advertising and to raise local interest in SheVaCon. SheVaCon has very few pictures from its early years most of us took a few pictures for our personal albums and didn't think about needing ones for future advertising or on line use.
