Each space comes with 1 six foot table( if you need it) /2 chairs
Each paid Dealer receives two (2) complementary dealer badges with first booth purchased and one (1) additional badge per additional booth purchase.
Additional badges may be purchased You may not purchase more than one (1) additional badge per booth purchase.

Dealer Policies
- The assignment of vendor space will be solely at the discretion of Shevacon. While we will do our best to accommodate every request, we cannot guarantee a specific space. The proposed Dealers Room layout is subject to change up to thirty (30) days before the event.
- Your vendor space will be considered confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract with full payment. Partial payments and verbal agreements do not constitute a confirmed space or guarantee of any kind.
- If you have any display pieces that will be shown above or behind your table please let the dealer director know immediately so that we can place you properly in the dealers room.
- Any cancellations must be received in writing no later than Forty Five (45) days in advance of the show. A fee of $50.00 will be charged for any cancellations. Cancellations are not permitted after 11:59 PM on Jan 1, 2011 and all fees (partial or complete) are non-refundable after that point. All refunds will be sent via U.S. Mail within forty five (45) days after completion of the event.
- Set up and break down times at the convention are strictly enforced. Your booth should be open and available for business during the officially posted Dealers Room hours (listed below). Breakdown of your booth should not begin before Sunday, Feb 19, 2010 at 3:00 PM.
- Shevacon, Inc. reserves the right to revoke or refuse any application or to deny access to and/ or remove dealers from the event at any time.
- Shevacon, Inc. is not responsible for losses due to theft, damage, fire, acts of nature, acts of God, or other causes.
- You are responsible for providing your own insurance, and neither Shevacon, Inc. nor the Hotel will be responsible for obtaining insurance for you, your company or its employees.
- It is your responsibility to collect report and pay sales tax and/or fees according to federal, state, county and city regulations.
- Additional processing fees will apply if you purchase your vendor space online. (paypal fees, etc.)
- Access to power plugs is on a first come, first serve basis in the Dealers Room and there are a very limited spaces that will have access to power. We suggest you bring an extension cord and power strip since neither Shevacon, Inc. nor the Hotel will provide them.

Dealers prices are as follows:
Table size is 6 ft and comes with two (2) chairs:
- Table/Space: $90.00 per table (post-marked between July 2nd, 2011 & Feb. 1st, 2012)
Note: Each paid Dealer receives two (2) complimentary dealer badges with first table/space purchased, and one (1) additional badge per additional space purchase.
- Additional Badges: $25.00 each
You may not purchase more than one (1) additional badge per space.
Payments
Payments may be made online through our ticketing service. Once your sign-up application has been reviewed, you will receive an email with a link and further instructions. (Visa, MC, Discover, Amex, and check by mail are all accepted)
