All submissions must be received by January 6th, 2012!
At this time our Program book's finished size is 8.5"x11". (11"x17" before folding)
Ad Material Specifications:
- Grayscale or B/W; 300 dpi/resolution
- .jpeg, .png, .tif, .psd, or .indd file formats - convert all fonts to curves/outlines or embed/rasterize them (CS3 or earlier)
- Live content is to be within 1/4" (0.25") margin of the ad dimension specifications
- Files must be Print Ready when submitted. You may submit your ad artwork one of three ways: uploading the file during your ad purchase; emailing the file to webmistress@shevacon.org; or by mailing in a CD-rom disc that contains your ad artwork to: Shevacon - P.O. Box 7622, Roanoke, VA 24019-0622.

All artwork must be received by January 6th, 2012 in order to make it into the program book. Failure to send in artwork by that date may result in your ad not being printed.
What are 'Swag Bag Stuffers'? Well... simply put, it's items that are stuffed into our attendee bags that help advertise a certain product or business. If you have flyers, postcard advertisements, business cards, brochures, or something else that you'd like to distribute to our attendees... then you want the 'Swag Bag Stuffers' option.
